Kevin Cahoon and Band to Perform at Joe's Pub

Kevin Cahoon and Band to Perform at Joe's Pub

As previously noted, I'm a huge fan of the multi-talented Kevin Cahoon, who's currently lighting up the Al Hirshfeld Theatre stage as George in the multiple Tony-nominated The Wedding Singer. If you're a Cahoon aficionado, get thee hither to Joe's Pub at The Public Theater on June 25 (11:30 pm ) to see Cahoon and Ghetto Cowboy for their debut performance there.

Joining the charismatic Cahoon will be Jan Tilley, Brien Brannigan, Damien Bassman, John Spurney, Matthew Greer, Christian Hebel, Montego Glover, Matt Allen, and Angela Lockett.

According to Joe's Pub, "Prepare to be held captive by the pistol power performance and raw theatrics of glam punk/pop band Kevin Cahoon and Ghetto Cowboy, performing tracks from their freshly released debut CD, Doll. KC & GC have become one of the most buzzed about new music events in New York City's downtown music scene, having played packed shows in such venues as Irving Plaza, CBGB's, Don Hill's and Ars Nova, among others. Kevin's on stage charisma stems from his successful career both on and off-Broadway... KC&GC’s unique brand of distorted, gritty rock and occasional doll-throwing antics guarantee that their performances are, and always will be, more than just an ordinary show."

This is Steve On Broadway (SOB).
