Don't Bother, They're Here
Don't Bother, They're Here
A Little Night Music may have just reopened with the genuinely radiant Bernadette Peters delivering a Desiree for the ages, but that hasn't stopped comedian Will Ferrell from mining Catherine Zeta-Jones' departure for laughs.
As one of popular entertainment's reigning jesters, Ferrell took to "The Late Show With David Letterman" last evening and joked he was taking over for Zeta-Jones and then offers his own comical rendition of "Send In The Clowns."
Not to be outdone, Dame Judi Dench reprised her 90s West End turn as Desiree over last weekend at the "BBC Proms: Sondheim's 80th Birthday Celebration" in London.
If they ever decide to revive Sondheim On Sondheim, they already have plenty of new fodder for that YouTube segment.
This is Steve On Broadway (SOB).
In keeping with the new Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations that unfairly discriminate against bloggers, who are now required by law to disclose when they have received anything of value they might write about, please note that I have received nothing of value in exchange for this post.
