Jan Maxwell Exits Entertaining Mr. Sloane

Earlier today, I was sorry to learn that the immensely talented Jan Maxwell has exited Roundabout Theatre Company's Off-Broadway production of Entertaining Mr. Sloane. While I thoroughly enjoyed the entire ensemble when taking in the black English comedy last month and noticed that the ogling audience was particularly fond of Chris Carmack's Sloane, it was Maxwell who truly delighted the audiences with her horny romp as Kath, who together with her stage brother Ed (portrayed in over-the-top fashion by Alec Baldwin) schemed for Sloane's affections. The show simply won't be the same without her.

Maxwell is being replaced by Barbara Sims.
