Sheen/Langella to Portray Frost/Nixon in London

Sheen/Langella to Portray Frost/Nixon in London

In an inspired casting decision, Michael Sheen and Frank Langella are set to portray Sir David Frost and President Richard M. Nixon, respectively, in a new Donmar Warehouse world premiere slated for London this August 21. Written by Peter Morgan and directed by the suddenly ubiquitous Michael Grandage, Frost/Nixon is based upon the famous 1977 television interviews of America's scandal-ridden 37th president by Britain's most celebrated navel-gazing talk-show host.

Speaking of the amazing Grandage, in addition to his excellent direction of last year's Guys And Dolls, his long-awaited revival of Evita arrives at London's Adelphi Theatre this evening, with an opening night scheduled for June 21.

This is Steve On Broadway (SOB).
